When will my order ship?
Movement Collection 01 is produced in limited quantities. Because each piece is made in small production runs, orders will ship approximately 4–6 weeks after purchase. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Do you restock products?
Most ALTÉRA pieces are produced in limited runs. Once a collection sells out, it may not be restocked.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout depending on your location.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Please contact us before sending back any returns.
